"It was back in the 1980s that the huge walls supporting the West Way were first daubed with graffiti, ushering in the start of Britain’s burgeoning street culture. Almost 30 years later, street art has become a global artistic movement, rich with talent, diverse aesthetic styles and passionate, inspired artists. To celebrate this birthday, Mutate Britain has invited more than 50 of the movement’s old school pioneers back to where it all began."
